Alicia Silverstone, an American actress is best known for her performance in Clueless. It was her first role as a child actor that became a cult character for teenagers. She was also considered to be one of the most appealing actresses in Hollywood because she was in the Aerosmith music video in which she played the role of a rebellious, foxy teenager. The performance she gave as Clueless resulted in her signing an agreement worth millions of dollars with Columbia TriStar, and she created her own production company. There was not much luck following her Clueless film, yet her performance in the film as Batgirl was praised by reviewers. The actress played various characters in different films, including Beauty Shop, Stormbreaker and Excess Baggage. Alongside her career as a film actress, she appeared in the television show Miss Match as a matchmaker. She also is active in a number of charities.
